When this error light comes on it's almost certain cable got cut/fractured, connector snapped or OLT broke down(very rare).

Hi sifus, Quick question, not sure if this is being asked before, is the fiber cable installed by tnb or allo team? I’ve been seeing a few tnb trucks and pickup around my taman.

Not sifu here 😁, just sharing what i usually see and my personal view. Allo's fibre cable are usually install or lay by appoint sub-con via open tender. There are alot of reason if u are seeing tnb personnel around. Maybe planning? Which part of taman are u staying?

After recovery from disruption my internet is very good, so far didn't have any issue.

During MCO period, The persons come to my TMN to set up the port and the wire, actually they didn’t wear the company uniform, so I not sure is TNB worker or ALLO worker

What is the problem if my router internet icon turn red? My ONT is completely normal.
