My problem is my internet has always become poor network connection and very annoying because it randomly happens every day. When it happens it always no internet connection around 5 min.

I have done some troubleshooting on it and found out that after the WAN port cannot find any IP anymore. So I have emailed this problem to Allo CS and they tell me that they will send a technician to my house.

But guess what, the technician that comes to my house didn't have any basic networking knowledge on it. Anything that I write above I tells them but they didn't understand it. They even ask me what should they write in their report about the problem. Then I tell them is Allo problem then they tell me that they could not do anything because the problem is with Allo and they are only a fiber installer only.

In the end, they only take some pictures on my PC that I have screenshot during the troubleshooting, current speed test on cable and WiFi, ONU device, Router device, the loss range on my fiber (-23dBm to -25dBm) and FDP box.

Before they go, they tell me to call Allo if the problem still exists. That's all.
