Yes 257 design is super nice. But the location is shit, just hundred meters away from a big mall. Everyday smell the mall ac exhaust fume doh.gif doh.gif

For location, ijm and tropicana has the best, far enough from malls and other shops. eco is quite near to the mall, but it's a small mall so shouldn't be any issues.

For design, 257, eco and tropicana is nice. Each has it's own feature to appreciate.

sold 50%, developer buy back balance 50% with the profit money and annouce 100% sold. then launch phase 2 with more expensive price. belakang slowly sell that balance 50% with expensive price like phase 2

The development is located in a guarded community with two dedicated entrances. There are also 16 acres of open spaces within the neighbourhood and a 2km jogging path.

“We think that the positive reception of Starling Phase 1 is due to it fulfilling the needs of modern homebuyers by providing homes that are affordable and good value for money,” said Bandar Rimbayu senior general manager Chai Kian Soon in a press release yesterday.

He added that to connect with a digital-centric audience and to keep both homebuyers and employees safe, Bandar Rimbayu has taken extra steps to digitize their consultation and engagement processes to include taking clients through virtual 3D walkthroughs of the development and units, while also providing them with the digital masterplan as a reference. 

Bandar Rimbayu had conducted a balloting session for Starling Phase 1 unit selection with a twist in lieu of the current restrictions. Their first-ever live balloting session was streamed on their official Facebook page on June 7, 2020. From over 500 registrants, 190 lucky ones were selected for the balloting that was live-streamed to provide an unbiased and transparent process for registrants.

“This is definitely a challenging year for everyone, but it only proves that in today’s age, our lifestyle changes rapidly due to external circumstances. We have adapted and embraced digitization to provide our residents and homebuyers with safe and efficient solutions,” Chai noted.

He added that Starling Phase 2 which consists of 148 units (20’ x 60’) is now open for registration.

sold out doesnt means 100% will get loan approve.
atau developer sendiri main quota then say sold out...
many case like this, go liao sales office then SA left few units available.

extra 500k is apple to apple, size almost similar.

I didnt like Eco was mainly due to their excessive Balcony space, now that I know they actualyl can renovate and "reclaim" the balcony area... I'm kinda regretting it. And yes, Eco allows for individualization of the units (aka renovation/extension).

I'm paying nearly 700 per month for maintenance TA.
