Agree! IJM house design macam recycle the same floor plan from 80s. No innovation, no new features, the same crappy shit.

Yes 257 design is super nice. But the location is shit, just hundred meters away from a big mall. Everyday smell the mall ac exhaust fume doh.gif doh.gif

For location, ijm and tropicana has the best, far enough from malls and other shops. eco is quite near to the mall, but it's a small mall so shouldn't be any issues.

For design, 257, eco and tropicana is nice. Each has it's own feature to appreciate.
