ES extra 500k but size smaller leh, and monthly fees also higher. but strange that day i went to the lakeside walk walk, saw some ES houses renovation extend back and upstairs.

yea same thoughts too back then i saw ES balcony like take up quarter of second floor, feel very wasted and will be very under utilized just like my parents house. see all that extra balcony that enveloped our entire 2nd floor.
