No LRT/MRT, ok la... nowadays hw many of u still travelling using this (personally i m not using P Bus, LRT/MRT after graduate). moreover, people who can afford stay in this township surely with certain level (wallet are thicker).. High dens, looks cheap but not that cheap, with the brand itself, somehow u will feel secure la..
Am jz waiting their showunit to be complete by end of this mth (heard the SP say this).. any worth investment gotta hold, nting come easy.
