if u go for premium kind, of cz the parque will be the choice.. moreover the parque is under residential title with low density. depends on what kind of lifestyle and price range u can afford to

for me, Se.Ruang is quite a good place for investment and even for ownstay. big 4 player is there, i believe this big4 will keep competing each other by getting more facility in.

No LRT/MRT, ok la... nowadays hw many of u still travelling using this (personally i m not using P Bus, LRT/MRT after graduate). moreover, people who can afford stay in this township surely with certain level (wallet are thicker).. High dens, looks cheap but not that cheap, with the brand itself, somehow u will feel secure la..

Am jz waiting their showunit to be complete by end of this mth (heard the SP say this).. any worth investment gotta hold, nting come easy.

every great location, i believe their investor have hold for quite a certain period before the township go booming.

Tier 3 landed at this area with 400k most likely u get black criminal zone, don expect safety, surely no guard, far from town with nothing surround. Errr.. landed at single storey 20x60, don count in car porch, ur internal layout size ard 700sqft plus bare unit.

Nice choice?
