for me, Se.Ruang is quite a good place for investment and even for ownstay. big 4 player is there, i believe this big4 will keep competing each other by getting more facility in.

No LRT/MRT, ok la... nowadays hw many of u still travelling using this (personally i m not using P Bus, LRT/MRT after graduate). moreover, people who can afford stay in this township surely with certain level (wallet are thicker)..
