Not good for investment?

My takes is this place will boom in may be 5-10years time because big 4 developers building it up. They are interdependent and compensating what is lacking for each other such as U donโ€™t have mall I have mall, u donโ€™t have school I got school.

So this one cannot play rental yield at the moment, confirm die. But may be when this place matured, it will be a different ball game

Please donโ€™t bash me itโ€™s jus my 1sen

Yeah I agree with you.

Jus like a few successful townships such as Desa Park City, even without those also can make it due to developer willingness to develop it

so imo developers play a vital role in property price gain/loss. Of course public transport is important as well but until our pub transport improve la, with LRT/MRT at your doorstep also useless if buses are not consistent

And u r right, how many Malaysian taking LRT/MRT to work, unless when u reach your destination and your office is within 300-500m? Because I see ppl already complaining in M Oscar thread where the MRT distance is just about 800m, haiyo Malaysian ah Malaysian

Nevertheless with access of public transport will give better rental yield and capital appreciation, but SPA also higher in return.

Yeah 730k for 920sqft quite pricey, minus furnish that SA claimed worth 120k, I give it half so 60k, itโ€™s about 670k. Around OKR area, not considered most expensive but not cheap also.

Yeah now more developer is giving more discount like le pavilion puchong also not bad, 990sqft after discount only 620k and got 18months free instalment. This one also can considered as bandar puteri not bad, jus that jam.....

I totally agree with u itโ€™s buyer market now.... shouldnโ€™t make hasty decisions

Privacy, if u r sensitive to sound such as footstep and people talking taking corner unit can avoid that. Also, you only have one neighbour connect to your unit

Yup big concern on that, even for ecoworld.

I got friend stay in Terraza, I visited his unit, holy shit leakage issue is severe. He said he is not the only one, he check with neighbours and few got same issue, and check with Monterey also got owners facing same issue. If I didnโ€™t witnessed wigg thy my own eye I also wonโ€™t believe it

No doubt ecoworld will fix it, jus for sharing purpose ya

To be fair to EW, u can push eco sanctuary staffs a bit such as โ€œhey one of my friend in Terraza told me his roof is having serious leaking issue, and his unit not the only one. Is this issue being addressed and rectified?โ€ Then u judge whether this info is correct based on their staff reaction

Because whatever I said here was without proof, at the end of the day, whatever we read here need to be verify by ourselves
