 Gamuda Cove - good township?, Considering for own stay

stay here may as well stay in cyberjaya.... i can't brain the reason why this area unless their landed is super duper cheap....

It's extremely hard to find service apartment with good facilities and security, dah lah the price for KL/Selangor properties are not cheap.

Exactly. What I like Serasi Residences is because easy access to Seksyen 27 Shah Alam, ELITE (via Putra Heights & USJ Interchange), LDP & KESAS highways. It has LRT lines where you can access directly to UM, Bangsar, KL Sentral, KLCC, Wangsa Maju, Bukit Jalil and more.

Aside from accessibility, it also has the exclusive first home package whereby the SPA & loan legal fees absorbed by developer and entitled for special early bird rebates. Fyi, if you are bumiputra, you are entitled for 10% bumi discount too.

Those perks are exceptionally good. I'm fine with their layout too:

Open Market: 668 sqft (2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath) & 850 sqft (3 Bedroom, 2 Bath),
SAMM: 550 sqft

ELMINA built quality is better? haiyoh both also so so only lah

SD is all about presentation. cantik luar, dalaman only buyers know ( after a while )

burst internal pipes, crack floor, etc , fk been there done that

Sloping uneven walls. Last time my previous place built ins the guys had to compensate for this

Pipes also another one. The ones from the water tank in the roof space they don't bother to anchor. So when I installed a pump the pressure when it kicks in slowly loosens the joints and causes leaking

Cracked skirting ada but I close one eye. Cheap parquet on the first floor didn't even survive the first owner I was told. By the time I want to move in already in pieces
