Ah I see, this is great new info though because I have 2 friend who bought Elmina and they gave me a good feedback with small defects. Not so sure in term of long term. Well I think I retract back my word on SD lol! Because leaking roof and pipes is not a small thing

So far Gamuda I've seen in a group there's small small defect. Only 1-2 have major defect but I think unlucky i guess for the selected unit? If you say Gamuda give me least issues then I thank god for choosing Gamuda Gardens compared to Elmina. Almost book elmina last time haha.
