Exactly. What I like Serasi Residences is because easy access to Seksyen 27 Shah Alam, ELITE (via Putra Heights & USJ Interchange), LDP & KESAS highways. It has LRT lines where you can access directly to UM, Bangsar, KL Sentral, KLCC, Wangsa Maju, Bukit Jalil and more.

Open Market: 668 sqft (2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath) & 850 sqft (3 Bedroom, 2 Bath),
SAMM: 550 sqft
