I myself bought Gamuda Garden which compete with Elmina, all I see is that Elmina built quality and land space is way more better than Gamuda. But no doubt in terms of lanscaping and privacy Gamuda so far did a good job.
Also please consider that area is flood possible area? South KL always flood hence why I choose Gamuda Garden haha. A lot more factor you need to consider. Take your time to survey, don't follow your lust.

MRT should be fine. ERL fare is kinda on the high side.
topkek Gomen should have connect LRT from subang jaya-puchong-putra heights-BSP-Cyberjaya-Putrajaya.

the bus already arrived, but driver is waiting for more people before he departs, he wants bus full first before jalan. its good but at same time means we will lari abit in timing

Which mean you haven't seen SD projects. I know someone who has ALL their upstairs toilet leaked and ruined the whole plaster ceiling. And the house is only 5 year old.
Not to say Gamuda is perfect, but I've houses from Gamuda, Sunway, Tropicana and other smaller developers, Gamuda give me least issues.
