Only if this plan were a postpaid tho. I'm looking for alternative for my senior relative. This is quite perfect except it's a prepaid. Need to re-subscribe each month is a bit of a hassle for a retiree.

senior use digi postpaid, got -RM10 for 60 above

Thanx... and ...

Yes I do agree that other telcos are using the term UNLIMITED but that UNLIMITED belongs to 8kB/s DL/UL speed... So, in this gimmick, HUP35/45 wins... summore unlimited calls to ALL networks...Other telcos use UNLIMITED calls but within the same network...very sakit hati one...

Based on Careline123 interaction, the agent informing that no cap for total minutes per month but 90 minutes / call limit will be enforced.

It's ALL network too... and from 0:01am to 11:59pm...

So, no hidden agenda in terms of FUP Limit for calls quota.

p/s : Don't count the special numbers like 1300, 100, 1313, etc. None of our telcos allow free calls to non-toll-free services...In this instance, if we subscribe to HUP35/45, ensure got credit balance to reply SMS and make calls to special numbers...

You're the one that confusing people.
64kbps and 64kb/s are in fact the very same speed.
Kilobits and kilobytes are differentiated by the capital B.
*
How the hell 64kbps same speed as 64kB/s,you more confusing ppl now.(start using capital if u all insist).go google

That is kbps...need to divide to actual speed 512kbps/8=64kb/s
*
That's already in bits. If it's in bytes, it would be kBps, not kbps.

.
TM Unifi Mobile 4G gives truly unlimited data and hotspot to its prepaid Bebas Daily and Bebas Weekly(= RM20) passes at 8Mbps cap, and to its Unifi Air 4G modem plan at around 20Mbps(= costs RM79 per month), ie there is no FUP limit, same like TM Unifi Fiber plans.
....... Why Maxis cannot give truly unlimited data and hotspot to its Hotlink Unlimited Prepaid RM35/RM45 monthly passes, daily and weekly passes.? = because Maxis and other celcos have to pay wholesale prices to the monopoly TM HSBB Fiber for backhaul connections to the world wide web/www for their 4G Internet data phone plans. TM Unifi Mobile no need to pay TM HSBB Fiber. Hence non-TM celcos have to limit the amount of 4G Internet data being used by their customers accordingly, ie less limits for their high-end/premium 4G phone plans.

I think the 50GB per month FUP limit for Maxis HUP35/45 is a bit low. It should be at least 80GB per month, especially for HUP45. Interested parties should complain about this to Maxis.
.

PS - Digi Infinite 150 gives 1TB of data as its FUP limit = Digi pays TM HSBB Fiber about RM130 for 1TB of 4G Internet data = Maxis pays TM HSBB Fiber about RM13 for 100GB of 4G Internet data.(.?)

PPS - Maxis makes >RM1 billion after tax profit yearly = can afford to give more 4G Internet data to its customers. .......

omg...i'm currently on hotlink red plan also...now this...so should i maintain my Red Flex line? or the other really more leceh way is to port out to other telco first...then port back in...

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Jun 6 2020, 03:35 PM)
Think carefully before "upgrade" to HPU becoz cannot "downgrade" back to old RED plan. In terms of credit balance and existing validity, please call Careline 123 to verify. By right credit balance and validity are "untouched".

small b usually used for network speed.

big b usually used for file size.
