Likewise, best to revisit after VP (3 years from now)? That will be interesting and valid.

Besides, we can see similar trend in another thread, related to Se.Ruang @ Eco Sanctuary. Same corridor topic. The only difference between these two are the number of genuine buyers actively in forum.

I am sure many will know what to do should the product's end-result appears sub-standard. Let the developer have some space to liaise between architect and contractor. Everyone is hoping for a reasonable design outcome and quality. How will this turn out in future is still a BIG Question Mark, since there is no project reference.

For those with 1,000 sqft, usual 2 car park, should be no issue. HOC can jalan. I'll clarify again with SA for the reason behind. Might let go too, as stamping on hold, pending reply.

Well, I did enquire about it. The smart lock will be received within 30 days upon registration and full payment. Meaning, use it at current house. 3 years later, no more warranty. So, yeah.. defeat the purpose of smart home at Duduk @ Huni/Se.Ruang. individual preference though. Just enjoy it for now, trial and error 🤣

I just came back from Eco Ardence. I insisted to check with SA regarding HOC and finally I got an answer. SA told me the units with 3 car parks (Level 18-20) are not entitled to HOC due to when Eco Ardence submit application to Government, these 3 levels discount rebate is not 10%. Hence automatically not entitle for HOC. Quite disappointed as I was asked to sign for HOC application in Sept and now after asked and asked only get to know my unit and level not entitle for HOC and I have to pay like rm8K++ Mot 3 years later. 😅 Interest installment to bank will start around Feb'2021.

Anyway collected the Smart Home features. Don't feel worth to add on the package as I think there are better brands out there and pay now use 3 years later seems funny to me.
