Btw, the HOC was not transparent in a way. Foresee some buyers to raise further questions during VP, as developer/SA did not answer the question. Merely general statement which raises doubts and confusion. In short, either take it or leave it kinda approach.
Anyway, for those 1st time house buyer, lookout for budget 2021*.
