I learned tat Hap Kune Do Malaysia got teach wing chun but dunno proper 1 or not la... BTW JKD is Bruce Lee philosophy of MA... Speed+Strength+Practical moves

Hi El Sol... I have recently found interest in learning capoeira.. however i am 26 this year and notice capoeira movements are very fluid and swift... my only martial arts background is TKD... can i still learn this art of Capoeira even at 26? Thanx..

I've personally seen 40-50+ years old ladies in capoeira class. They do what they can.
And you don't get fluid and swift in a matter of weeks or months. It'll take you at least a couple of years to develop a decent game.
