Management office personnel promised me to talk to them last week.
Yesterday I told the unit owner that issue already reach management office, he said no body told them

my condo telegram group made a lot of open complains about footstep noise during this MCO
reach out to the resident committee
to the chairman
I made contacts with some influential people within the resident committee
at times I talk to them about the issues we face

economy is very bad now
if you try to sell your unit you may not get a good price
I heard one house wanted to sell for 650k...but due to bad market and ppl hard to get loan, the price went down to 600k

Ya this is my concern also on selling out current unit.
Also too bad my condo do not have a whatsapp/Telegram group, all unit owners are kiasu kiasi.
Even same floor neighbours around my age are keeping things to their own, just casual hi and bye greetings.

I am looking forward 6 months down the road to get a nice landed one, and again it all depends on selling out current unit and getting a good one. It takes time.

don't just judge by fascade
see developer reputation, though most of the stinks, avoid the sinkiest
see the management office team
see the neighbors
see how resident committee fight for their rights
my own resident committee just came out with new set of bi-laws
which includes nuisance as one of the rules
about making noise disturb the peace

Spend few nights doing loud knocks in the bedroom at 2-3am. Just bang loudly few times at random hours so they won't get chance to record you. See how they respond.

you can hear she is running around even after 12am..wtf man

be friend with the unit about his unit.
if he make noise, ask your fren to make noise on his..

timing damn chunn weh,its after MIDNIGHT.

running is still ok...wait till they drag the furniture around...chair etc.....
confronted the owner upstairs few times till he dont dare to answer the doorbell.....got abit improvement....
lucky enough i move out and now stay in landed....so..no more issue like this..
