Don't use TDA SG. Just keep it for TOS.
$10.65 per trade. So expensive.

If you do even a few trades a month, other brokers such as Tradestation global fees are way more reasonable.

At my first try, I had that issue too. But I realised after filling up all correctly, it appeared ya.

Thanks, apperently the youtube video I watched entered the recipient nationality as "Malaysian" and I followed it, it didnt work which was the cause of the problem, once I changed it to "non-malaysian" the rest of the sub purpose option appeared.

How much would be the minimum amount to deposit to my account, recently tried depositing MYR 50 in to my account
(just to make sure i know what im doing, and its the correct way and is actually showing in my account)
it still hasnt popped up in my account for 2-3 days.
Now im just wondering if from my original deposit amount, they have deducted fees and/or charges, which made my original deposit amount to become MYR 0 ?

Give it another few days. But I can’t remember how much maybank charged already for TT. I only know there’s no minimum. But I don’t think would be zero

yes, when withdrawing also back to maybank account. all these with a fee... i forgot how much already.. but there's a limit if online.. which is rm10,000 every time
*
there is no limit. if there is limit, the limit would be on your local bank side, not
QUOTE
No there are no limitation to amount you can withdraw on a daily basis. You can do a full withdrawal of the cash available in your account at any point in time.

why does my sub purpose only shows "private transfer - to immediate family members" ? been having this issue for 2 days now, have no idea what to do
*
have you found out the correct way to fund the account? I was trying to fund my account also, and was facing the same issue.

but i noticed this is happens when we choose 'nationality' as Malaysian under Recipient's Details. Switch to Non-Malaysian then we can see a lot of choices in sub purpose.

and here comes the problem, if the recipient is non malaysian, the transfer limit is 10k. bangwall.gif

Anyone here can guide me on this ? should i choose malaysian or non-malaysian for Recipient's details? i have googled on this, got two kinds of tutorial rclxub.gif i dont know which is the correct one to follow

Just curios does TD Ameritrade SG is the company while their trading tool is TOS?

Do they revised the pricing as I see from their website is $0 commission fee and $0.65 for option.

Hi,

Just to confirm, the below is what I've noticed from my TDA SG account regarding funding.
I've noticed there's no 995007389[Your 9 digit TDA Account] instructions. Where does the 995007389 comes from?

I've done my initial funding via MBB2U but I've wrote the Wells Fargo Acc num wrongly (123214561 instead of 4123214561) bangwall.gif bangwall.gif cry.gif
I'm waiting/hoping to get refund asap (but i think I might lose some cash because of the fees involved).
Want to ensure I'm doing things correctly when I'm doing another transfer of funds. Generally, how long would the money appears in TOS?

Would like to ask, if I would like to transfer the cash in TDA account to another broker (in same currency), is there any transfer fees charged from TDA side? I couldn't find any information on that.

I just received a reply from TD Ameritrade SG's customer service. It cost $75 to move funds!!! that's really expensive. Seems like the rates published for TD Ameritrade are for accounts sitting in US. Those accounts in SG are all charged much higher fees...

I check their sg website... still says outgoing wire $25... the only $75 fee is for ACAT transfer... their cs sucks got confused?

I would print the website info, do a withdrawal and if charged $75, file complaint to MAS and sue their pants off... wink.gif

Maybe from broker to broker is considered ACAT. Maybe wire transfer is oni for transfer into normal banking accounts.
