10 year, mean it's time already. Hehe. I also have change mine to newer panasonic unit. Yes, i also have the same concern for the screw hole, pipe etc. So i did few checks before purchase new one. Especially on the wall unit diameter. Than i do replace it myself. Surprisingly 3 out of 4 skrew hole is fit correctly. So i dont have to do any drilling. Just to be extra carefull when u detach/attach the power cable.

I also worry about power line as well. If not careful or mistake, can teleport into another world immediately. Thus most likely ask contractor... maybe kaotim or what...

Chances that they have some spare parts for your model are low, but still - I believe it's OK to ask them at least. A nice support can help you if there are compatible models as zerorating already said. Have you contacted them yet?
Unfortunately, my experience with water heaters was not great (and I wasn't so lucky) so I had to replace mine Rheem completely after six years of usage.

Hi guys. May I know if the water is turn off from the tap but on off switch is not press the heater of turn off or still will remain on?

open up the plastic cover and see which part to replace...it's not that rocket science inside.

My on off switch is not working. The technician came and spray some grease then ok. But I tell him if water is off the heater doesn't turn off he says it's normal. Mine still under warranty. By right no water flow heater should be turn off regarding got use the switch or not?

I think u better clarify with the technician. If no water flow but heater is still on and heating, your heating element will overheat the stagnant water and scald u when u turn on the water next (or overheat the air, which is worst and cause dry burn and plastic tank to melt). This is not normal.

But if what u meant by heater doesn't turn off is not referring to the heating element or pump, BUT the ELCB / RCD indicator, ELCB / RCD will always be on as long as the switch outside your bathroom is still on.

Remain on but there is a sensor to prevent heating of the water.
But the heater light will be 'on'.

Heater won't function till water flow.

If the on/off switch still gives problems, then call Panasonic and login a complaint.
They will send technician to change the parts free of charge since you said under warranty.
Just ensure you have proof of warranty.

When I first bought the light will be off when no water flowing.

Problem is the stupid technician says it's normal. Then I request another technician same guy come again and same he's the only one. Keep arguing with me.

Confirm the circuit board got issue. Because when I push the on/off switch to on. The temperature control knob when turn fully counter clockwise to the off position the power is still on. Now then he says no spare parts and need to refer to HQ. Very bad attitude guy. Keep grumbling and arguing with me.
