Chances that they have some spare parts for your model are low, but still - I believe it's OK to ask them at least. A nice support can help you if there are compatible models as zerorating already said. Unfortunately, my experience with water heaters was not great (and I wasn't so lucky) so I had to replace mine Rheem completely after six years of usage.
