Actually, the gated and guarded houses normally require a monthly fee of just around RM 150.....

Taman Bukit Indah has both old and new houses.


Some are not gated and guarded, while others are.

In the last 3 years, I’ve seen 2 or 3 nice corner lot double-storey houses in Taman Bukit Indah turn into old folks' homes.

These are legal and have licenses from the government.

So, I prefer gated and guarded houses.

TC Trucks Sales (TCTS) has officially opened its latest showroom in Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru. The subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings says that the new showroom – which will serve both Foton and JMC brands – shows its commitment to expand the company’s network in the southern region.



Located along Jalan Indah 15/2 in Taman Bukit Indah, Iskandar Puteri, the TCTS showroom has a total build-up area of 2,912 sq.ft. and can display one light commercial truck and one pick-up truck, with a customer lounge.

The location was chosen for its growing population, close proximity to Singapore and the property development scene in the region.

still expensive. offer the seller 20-25% lower, tell him or her that you will wait until February next year... massive defaults and auctions are incoming after the moratorium is over.

keep in contact with the seller, most probably: he will not be able to clear the property at that price.

JB properties are overpriced and have massive overhang.

I am aiming for one as well in January next year.

P/S: bukit indah: check out traffic jam in the area in the morning and evening.

JB I don't dare to stay those without gated.
For bukit indah and Iskandar area, the better township would be Horizon Hills and Eco Botanic.

I think even Avenue 8 is better than the location u listed.

That location at that price is ok already. Of course, can get it at cheaper price is better. As for crime concern, got a few friends staying that area and never heard anything about break ins. I don't know much if want to compare with other township in Malaysia but looking at Bukit Indah alone it's a good place, only problem is the traffic jam during peak hours.

I travel jb frequently and i found the best places to live is nearby city area, danga bay area, mount austin, bandar dato onn, taman molek and permas jaya.

Reason is these areas have the best access to shopping centres, the city and famous jb food.

days of going to mall during the weekend is over for me, of course once in a while maybe like twice a month i'll still go to east area like ikea or the new midvalley, else i'll just go around west area, there are some recreation places here too.

most props nowadays hardly can get positive cashflow 1 la especially for landed, but some housing area here not bad for rental rate pre-mco, now not sure.
but i agree that prop investment, KL is definitely better

i live in a nearby taman to bukit indah. i go there almost every weekend to shop for groceries. its a nice taman with lots of amenities but the area there is old township. some houses are starting to look a bit aged. they are not old yet but are an outdated design.

for 730k, there are newer and better options available in the area. i would not buy that house.

Jalan 30 actually is newer but its abit far from key location in bukit Indah which is aeon tesco.

I would suggest go for Jalan 18 or 17, there are 22x75, 24x75 and semi d which are GnG. That is the best location if u ask me, there is a big roundabout just facing Jalan 17 n u can use ur access card to go there.
Walking distance to aeon about 10mins, drive is even nearer. Price is not as expensive also

Bukit Indah is actually very strategic Taman, from kl can have direct access without going thru town area, go sg no jam, direct highway. Go town thru the coastal highway no jam. Can go sutera mall, very near also. And its a bukit, no risk of flood not like some low area... No high power tension cable like Nusa Bestari behind police station, or like Geylang patah new housing area, everything is nearby.

nice...bukit indah got plenty of mall nearby, nice restaurant, car wash, massat centre... traffic jam? no serious jam unless u coming from sutera utama tonnes of traffic light to wait
but i will still choose horizon hill unless bukit indah hs can nego till 600k...been staying in canal garden for few yrs and sometimes can jog around the golf course, saw TMJ carspassing by there few times before

I found one 700k+ semi-d at The Gateway. But need to spend abt 200k renovation so i didnt take that unit. I went to other newer phases, dont have to spend that much renovating. Just move in

Horizon Hills quite nice to walk n explore the whole taman. The walkways r like walking in nature. The only drawback is too many empty houses, especially during weekdays. Many Singaporean bought houses ther n only comes during weekends. Some Msian from KL or Penang work in SG also bought houses ther for weekend retreat

i think austin better... coz got austin water park and near tebrau aeon also...i saw before bubble tea with buffet lok lok..

all big brands of bubble tea is at austin, but many also closing cannot tahan.. saw tiger sugar, whale, xin futang and etc

their spending really that good meh? dont understand maybe all Singapore...but these hopefully are not worker class in Singa.. if boss class Singa ok..

My penang friend one time come to find me also said more than penang.

Maybe many disco club ktv ,mesin judi, wukong monkey ,kedai masage boss???

But sgd power is very geng....
One operator if rajin OT,she can easily send his younger brother to university and buy a nice house......

Puteri Harbor feels like a pile of concrete..... It is like KL, not a good place to stay.

Worse, every time there is an event, lot's of light, and severe noise pollution, if you have heard the motorcycle noise.

too densed for me

Its not nearer, but accessable to Tuas check point easily.
If you want near with woodland, yes permas jaya or skip to Mount Austin more better.

Actually, the gated and guarded houses normally require a monthly fee of just around RM 150.....

Taman Bukit Indah has both old and new houses.


Some are not gated and guarded, while others are.

In the last 3 years, I’ve seen 2 or 3 nice corner lot double-storey houses in Taman Bukit Indah turn into old folks' homes.

These are legal and have licenses from the government.

So, I prefer gated and guarded houses.

Taman Bukit Indah has public bus T33 and Causeway Link buses CW3 and CW4, which can go to both JB or the Second Link customs.

But skudai one is developed by S P Setia Bhd.

There are a total of 5 condos in Taman Bukit Indah.


Taman Nusa Bestari has 1 condo, and there is also a Taman Nusa Jaya Mas nearby.



The population is too dense in this area.
