Between the two, poco f2 pro is definitely superior.

In terms of camera and processor. Also got things like headphone jack. I’m also thinking if want to pre-order but hate the fact it don’t have HDMI output. I like the fact it doesn’t have notch.

You are right, but with snapdragon 865, Qualcomm makes it compulsory to have 5G. So you are guaranteed 5G if you bought any snapdragon 865 phone this year.

F1 with touchscreen issues (majority ppl have it) gaming experience sux... especially for those games that requires high precision and  0 mistakes... one random ghost touch or sudden lost touch can make you throw the phone.
Many friends ask me if they should buy f1 for gaming and my answer always "No"

Made up your mind already? Care to share some thoughts? Here's some of my thoughts regarding aod, video call and music podcast with poco f2 pro (disclaimer: I don't have a poco f2 pro, but I have redmi k30 pro zoom which the specs are quite similar, and they both have the same firmware code. And I don't own a Note 10 lite either, but I do have a Samsung Note8 in the past).

Aod:
Its obviously better on Samsung phones. Drain less battery (1% vs 2%), better execution (double tap notification on Samsung aod brings you straight to the corresponding apps, while on Poco it does nothing). Aod turns off automatically and immediately as soon as the phone gets into the pocket or the display is facing down - less battery drain) while with Poco it takes literally a minute or more to turn the aod off in similar situation. While I have to admit the new animated aod on miui 12 looks pretty cool, the way how Samsung handle is still better and more practical in my opinion.

Video call:
Shoudnt be a problem so long u r making static call and not walking/running around. The front camera doesn't have EIS, let alone OIS. So video call will become shaky if u r moving around with the Poco phone. Not sure about note 10 lite.

Music/podcast:
Pros: Hi-res resolution certified paired with wired headphone.
Minor cons: Hi-res doesn't mean the phone drives high impedance headphone, but in most cases shouldn't be a problem for lower impedance headphone. Other than that, when pairing with bluetooth headphone, the volume controls on both headphone and the phone are separated.

Another cons of poco is that ads are built into the system. Some people say ads cannot be disabled while others claim they can disable the ads. Other way round is to flash the phone to EU Rom where the built in ads are removed by the developers.

Yeah, the xiaomi flagship isn't cheap anymore. IMHO, oneplus 8 Pro is way much better value for money, and better in most aspects too.

I'm not sure if it's totally matte. It has a slight slippery feel unlike the roughness that matte colour usually gives.

Iinm the back is covered with gorilla glass, and together with the base colour it's like a matte colour with marble like reflection that gives a "depth" look. Sorry damn it's really hard for me to describe lol.

Regardless what it is, it's not a fingerprint magnet. I'm kinda tempted to use it naked but then since I'm going to use this phone for at least 2 years, so I put it back into my tpu casing 🤣

RealMe X3 is interesting, but I'm used to MIUI duo app where both apps works seamlessly together.

Is there another manufacturer Android OS that have this capability?

After watching this video, maybe I should reattempt using the phone naked...... or maybe not . That dbrand skin looks neat though
