i think they didnt expect the sales to be so fast..cause to put ads on tv need to preplan 3 mths in advance and no last minute cancellationlo...so they have no choice but continue to air it..........

LoL. If they didn't expect the sales to be so fast, then I would say their marketing personnel not really good enough. They did not put their customer into their own shoes

But their website didn't update wor when I last checked yesterday. I wonder can try luck and see if they will gimme the supersavers if I call customer service?

I BELIEVE they can still cancel the ads with the TV station.

But since they already paid for it, they surely must think 'just let it be lah' at the cost of lying to consumers. shakehead.gif

I think advertisers have option to swap the ads on those spots that they have booked within a few days' notice.

They're not really following DiGi. Government forced all telco to implement billing for prepaid and E-statement is the cheapest way of implementation.

Note that usage SMS usage notification is only available on P75 rateplan. Due to calculation complexity, this feature is not offered on Value plans nor Family Plus plans.  


Take note that all Value Plans will not have SMS usage notification. You will not be able to know how much of credit you've used until your calls are barred.Another way is to contact their call centre to find out your unbilled usage.

I think SMS premium is classified as any SMS sent to 5-digit number that begins with 3.

Those subscribed SMS services.

er this value plan once reach that limit it cuts you off? they dun give extra credit like until 150 or so?
