i always log into hotlink's site and the opening page does good to explain the latest promos they have for us. but as for maxis, i'm not a post-paid user. so i'll just have myself bumped into the hotlink's

yes just spend your credits of rm3 on calls or sms and the discount will be applied

Yeap. SMS Blacklist is a very useful but I'm questioning its effectiveness and would it able to block numbers starting with 3?
