Conclusion is,McLaren=CHEAT

Aerodynamic have HUGE impact on car..a 0.001sec can give a driver a pole position.

McLaren should be kicked out of the F1 mad.gif

CHEATERS  always WINS mad.gif

Doh... as many of us posted tat Ferrari has more DNF than McLaren which is due to driver's problem n car reliabilities.

and ur bold statement.... its juz CRAP... last time schumi won most of the race bcoz he cheats?

The Brazilian approached the Rivage hairpin too fast and slid off, through the gravel trap and into the barrier.

Drivers driving their heart out and sacrificing their limbs to entertain. Nothing more and nothing less. Which is why I feel that winning a championship in court is not the way to do it.
Hey, I watched F1 for a long time. It's the way F1 works, and it was understood by all the teams too. If you don't like it, sucks to you then
*
No matter what, the F1 sports being "F1" itself already has its name tarnished with the scandal.
So i am sure some F1 fans must have feel a bit disappointed that such an incident can actually work itself out.
Moreover, its a direct penalty on the McLaren team, and if i were one fan of the team, i would be furious too.

So cant really blame it but then F1 is no longer like the old days where the teams and drivers take full pride in driving for their team.

well not fair as they got warning that if really proofs were found after clearing them in the 1st meeting, they would be expeled for 2008 as well...

well FIA still had not released the evidence that they received. Untill that is clarified, we can only guess. And McLaren as a whole didn't lie. Ron knows nothing about it and so has the majority of the employees, and they came to give their views to the WMSC.

depends on wether or not Macca's appealing.
But honestly, $100M? what is WMSC going to do with that money? And what if a lesser known team get into the same kind of trouble? fine them for less because they can't pay it? And what if a disgruntled employee held the team for ransom, threathening to go public saying that he was given a secret dossier from a rival team? wouldn't this be more damaging?

yup.... and one more thing is...

FIA should punish Ferrari as well coz their employee gave coughlan the data. If not, nx time other team will try to pay a employee to send data to rival team n they get punish. It will juz encourage ppl to do it.

during the 1st hearing last month, McLaren didnt get any punishment, then some said its not fair imagine a student tiru during exam, get caught but escape from punishment, it is ridiculous.

hm...in every school i guess the provider( the 1 who let other tiru) will also get punish as well rite?

meh, I don't want to talk about Ferrari. The more important thing is now why there is no charges against Stepney by the FIA. Ferrari, well good luck to them. sad to see them win this way tho.

FIA reveal evidence against McLaren
QUOTE
Formula One's governing body, the FIA, has revealed the full extent of the new spygate' evidence that prompted them to hit McLaren with a record fine and exclude them from the 2007 constructors' championship.

The evidence includes details of email and text message exchanges given to the FIA through written statements by McLaren test pilot Pedro de la Rosa and their double world champion driver Fernando Alonso.

De la Rosa, in particular, seems to have had regular contact with Mike Coughlan, the ex-McLaren chief designer who has confirmed that he received a dossier of secret Ferrari information from Nigel Stepney a former mechanic for the Italian team.

An FIA press release on Friday said: "The e-mails show unequivocally that both Mr. Alonso and Mr. de la Rosa received confidential Ferrari information via Coughlan; that both drivers knew that this information was confidential Ferrari information and that both knew that the information was being received by Coughlan from Stepney."

In one exchange between the two De La Rosa asks Coughlan, in a clear reference to Ferrari's all-red livery: "Hi Mike, do you know the Red Car's weight distribution? It would be important for us to know so that we could try it in the simulator. Thanks in advance, Pedro.

De La Rosa confirmed to the FIA that Coughlan sent him the required information via test message and he then forwarded it on to Alonso by email.

Similar exchanges between the three men took place regarding aerodynamics, tyre gas, braking systems and stopping strategy.

In addition the FIA has revealed the full amount of correspondence between Coughlan and Stepney, some of it taking place before the dossier of information was found by Italian police at Coughlan's house.

The statement reads: "The Italian police have identified logs which show 23 e-mails passed between Coughlan and Stepney between 1 March and 14 April 2007."

In total, at least 288 SMS messages and 35 telephone calls appear to have passed between Stepney and Coughlan between 11 March and 3 July 2007.

"In light of the number and timing of the communications between Coughlan and Stepney and the e-mail exchanges between the McLaren drivers, the WMSC regards it as reasonable to infer that Coughlan was in receipt of a flow of confidential Ferrari information from Stepney and that at least some of that information was communicated to others within McLaren."

"look in and through the words" was wut i learnt and if u failed to see the meaning of the phrase then i got ntg to say...
still i'll take the criticism in mind XD

if u really look at the context it would mean that if the so called exampel which cristiano7mu gave, it implies the same thing that even if ferrari or other teams would pay their employee to so called leak data in hoping for suing then it is the team who accepts it to be blame as it is given clearly that it is illegal...
the same as if someone giving u a gun and u take it no matter if u use it or not and get caught possesing it, you are still guilty...

hope that would be sufficient help u look into and understand the meaning of the phrase itself...
