Can go to LHDN office to request another new application or rayuan, for those recently jobless and newly graduated.

Merujuk kepada Bantuan RM200 Pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi yang merupakan salah satu kategori bantuan bagi pakej Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN), dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa bantuan tersebut hanya diberikan kepada pelajar IPT yang mengikuti pengajian secara sepenuh masa sahaja. Perkara ini telah dimaklumkan oleh pihak Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi pada 13 Mei 2020, yang menolak rayuan yang dikemukakan pihak pengurusan OUM.

Kami memohon maaf atas sebarang kesulitan yang timbul berkaitan perkara ini. Kami juga sedia maklum terdapat pelajar yang tidak diluluskan bantuan BPN bagi kategori lain kerana berstatus pelajar. Sehubungan itu, kami menyarankan kepada pelajar untuk mengemukakan rayuan bagi BPN kepada pihak Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) sebelum 30 Mei 2020. Pelajar boleh layari laman https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/ untuk maklumat lanjut berkaitan rayuan bantuan.

Dear Student,

With reference to the RM200 one-off payment under the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) package for students in institutions of higher learning (IHL), we regret to inform that only students taking full-time study are eligible for the aid. The Higher Education Ministry, in its reply on 13 May 2020, has rejected the appeal by OUM.

Any inconvenience caused is much regretted. We are aware of students whose appeal for BPN aid under other categories have been rejected due to their student status. We urge students to forward their appeal for BPN aid to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) before 30 May 2020. For more information, view the website at https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/.

Only one household / married couple (husband + wife) is eligible for RM1000 or RM1600. If the children is 21 years old above and meet BPN requirement, they will probably get BPN too.

It's no use. Just go to counter / LHDN office to make rayuan.

It could be Fasa 1, then Fasa 2 transfer remaining BPN money to those people make rayuan / appeal.

Just "could be" ya.

Otherwise, just can get RM500.

Better go to LHDN office to settle, if you want make rayuan quicker.

If rush, go LHDN office to get voucher code to claim back your BPN money at BSN.

Or, you can login to your BPN account, then check if there is any voucher code, use that to claim at BSN.

Have you login to your account? Check if there is any voucher code to redeem / claim back that money from LHDN, collect money at BSN.


For some unknown reason, those final rayuan applicants are just get RM500, no fasa 1 or 2 e.g, RM500 (fasa 1) & RM300 (fasa 2).

It's no use or pointless to call up LHDN asking this, since Government didn't issue anything regarding this.

She should go to https://ez.hasil.gov.my/CI/ to update her account number.

Otherwise, see my post below, even you can claim her BPN money by yourself, or herself with relevant document, like photocopy IC.

Payment until 31 December 2020. No need to worry.

If need that money quickly, walk in LHDN office to get voucher code, then claim money at BSN.

Tidak Lulus, for what reason?

You must go to LHDN office for quick response.

Adakah saya perlu membuat permohonan BPN 2.0?
Anda tidak perlu memohon BPN 2.0 sekiranya telah menerima bayaran terakhir BPN 2020 sebelum ini.

Existing BPN 1.0 receivers don't need to apply for BPN 2.0 again, just check your BPN 2.0 status.


Adakah permohonan baharu boleh dibuat sekiranya tidak tersenarai sebagai penerima BPN 2.0?
Permohonan baharu BPN 2.0 boleh dibuat mulai 15 Oktober 2020 – 15 November 2020 (1 bulan).

If you are not BPN 1.0 receiver, you can apply BPN 2.0 through BPN website within that 1 month period.

Around January 2021, likely second week of January, different batch, different time to receive.

For other,
I guess, the BPN 2.0 APPLICATION or RAYUAN is already ended yesterday, 31/12/2020.
Your hope to get BPN is probably BPN 3.0.
