Have you any email or sms stated you're LULUS? You didn't update LHDN / e-filing personal information and bank detail? If you done all of these, it should automatically bank BPN money to your bank account.

Or just your application LULUS, then now this?


Check your BPN status around May, see if any changes.

You probably can claim back BPN money at BSN, before 31 December 2020. So maybe you should go to LHDN office to sort this out (after PKP / MCO ended).

Clear caches and cookies

Only LHDN can edit / update your individual status.

BPN/BSH/BR1M cannot edit / update any information, unless go to LHDN office to request for revising personal information.

If he has LHDN, it based on his LHDN. The payment will not refer to BSH or BR1M data.

So if want to edit / update his information, just go to LHDN website to e kemas kini.
If he receive April payment, hard to get into "married / household" BPN RM1600/1000 again. He may ask his wife to apply BPN herself, if there is no duplicate BPN application for her.
If duplicate application when make "rayuan" or "permohonan baru", BPN probably refer the husband old data.

This better go to consult LHDN... Bring marriage JPN certificate and IC number. If he registered BPN account, login to his own BPN account to see Nombor Siri (if got transaction failure).

Check your wife BPN status, if LHDN / BPN follow her old data, it should be LULUS as single. So at the end, both of you get RM500/800, equal to RM1000/1600 for BPN household.

If Tidak Lulus, better not to apply BPN as Single, but she can try to apply BPN as Married Couple / Household. Need combine your guys salary+allowance+bonus together under Isi Pendepatan, exclude your children income.

Cannot make "rayuan" again, if application is failed.

If your father's partner is already applied BPN or apply with LHDN, you don't need to register or apply again. To avoid duplicate application.

If she has LHDN, she can kemaskini her data, especially bank details.

How your mother applied BPN?
Housewife = no real job? Maybe she has previous BR1M, or BSH 2019 & 2020?
