From LHDN press statement

1. Golongan B40 yang telah menerima Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) dan golongan M40 yang telah mempunyai data cukai pendapatan dengan LHDNM TIDAK PERLU membuat pendaftaran bagi permohonan Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN).

2. Semakan status penerimaan BPN boleh dilakukan secara dalam talian mulai 01 April 2020 dengan melayari portal rasmi LHDNM di https://www.hasil.gov.my atau https://bpn.hasil.gov.my.

3. Sekiranya status semakan adalah 'tiada rekod', orang ramai boleh membuat permohonan baharu dengan klik butang ‘Permohonan Baru’. Permohonan baharu secara dalam talian adalah dibuka sehingga 30 April 2020.

4. Bagi permohonan yang tidak berjaya, rayuan boleh dikemukakan secara dalam talian dengan melayari portal rasmi LHDNM di https://www.hasil.gov.my atau https://bpn.hasil.gov.my bermula 03 April 2020.

Just correct answer to your question, I end 2 years ago, and got graduate half of year ago, and no record for me, so I guess you should report.

No, they verify on the bank account owner, if name no match, no pass.
And they allow you to kemas kini on your name when you register for fill in the bank info.

FYI, after you hantar your info, don't click on cetak, just click ctrl+print to print the info, or there is another 1 hour for the page loading to let you print it.

For existing BSH recipient or received before, already have bank acct registered.

For bank acct name not match or no bank account( those ulu2 kampung) , take cash at BSN.

You previously T20 is it? 1st time apply.

If you just B40 and not M40 which I guess need to provide the bank info for LHDNM to get back the cukai, then how?

And no, I am just a nobody that waiting for higher education, first class degree got sponsor from gov + jump to Ph.D study, and sadly that the application just open for application last month.
