Are you trying login or when register account?
If the page goes blank, you turn back previous page if you are register
if login, just refresh the page.

No. If you want to see the "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020", after you login, the following page is actually "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020".

Maklumat Waris is your Will, like writing a will.
Maklumat Anak is not necessary or mandatory to fill in.

If he is M40 and paying tax / LHDN, you don't need to register BPN account. LHDN, go to the site, update his bank detail, make sure the bank is active.

He will get RM500. Remember single M40 salary exceed RM4000, is not eligible for BPN.

Please do not click "Permohonan Baru", you are already LULUS, but system is messed up or corrupted to show that error above.

"Permohonan Diterima", those guys cannot receive any SMS or email. Only people "LULUS" might receive SMS or email, some of them are still not receive it, because JPN is probably have their old and deactivate phone number and email.

Waris is not as important, even though it is mandatory field. As long single and meet requirement, nothing to worry ya. Only the owner / BPN money receiver is much more important.

if you LHDN, you can update your marital status.
If BPN/BSH, you cannot edit/update/revise the status or any information. You can only do that at LHDN office.
