I am having problem running DX9 Game. Suddenly will lag or hang. ANy idea why?

rFactor. There might be driver issue i suspect. I try to play World in Conflict, COH ( with DX10 update), BIOSHOCK and UT3 Demo, non of them having the problem as the rFactor.

It really ruin my start of the Season 4 of Malaysian Sim Racers League.

Today's TT still on? Sad to say I got something to do today and won't be able to participate
