Had to send in my iPad Pro for warranty. Apparently the USB-C port wasn't functioning at all after using a USB-C hub to hdmi dongle. Thankfully realised the issue before battery was depleted. Asked the guy at warranty counter (Mac City) how often did this occur. He told me past year only 2 times edi so probably very infrequent issue. Will be getting a new ipad in return once confirmed hardware fault.
