how can we use this pen style/ type tool as below.

i think they call it "duck bill" pen type:

Is there similar Apps that offer this pen type for ipad?



Anyone need to work on commenting on pdf document a lot?
Any good way to do it?
Which apps to do the commenting and how to do the saving files, re-uploading to server?
