Which maxis did you go to? I'm guessing it was a dealer and not a maxis branch? Actually they aren't allowed to do that and you can actually report them if you rajin

Maxis branch in front of cheras leisure mall.. its a legit maxis branch. And i have receipt as prove. Do you think i can complaint to maxis and claim back? It was bloody rm69 for the sp if I remember correctly

According to maxis store locator, the maxis branches in Cheras are in MyTown, Eko Cheras and Taman Segar. It's possible the one in front of Leisure Mall is a MEP, maxis Exclusive Partner. Usually they are the ones that will insist on PWP items. I'm not sure if you can claim back if you report them though, but I had a friend who did that and maxis replied in an email to apologize and said they will issue a warning to the dealer. That said, not sure if they really did that coz he didn't bother after that.

now that i’m back to office working, and using this ipad.. 1 thing i wish apple do is, get the ipad automatically disconnect with bluetooth keyboard when it was picked up from the desk. i think it can be done bcoz this device has gyro sensor.. its a bit annoying then i handheld the ipad and want to type but keyboard don’t appear, just to realize it was still connected to my keyboard 10 metres away. lol

in my case with maxis, well maybe i just got too hooked with maxis already, and simply bad treatment by maxis to its customer.. i just had my whole family mobile number on maxis, so anyhow i’m on maxis unles i bring my entire family (me (2 numbers), wife and daughter) covert to other telco.. lol.. so my wife’s phone is due to change and she really wanted iphone 11. and i’ve been trying to check stock with maxis, always limited or no stock. so that day luckily when we went in, it seems they just restock, and my wife can choose any model any color she like all available.. so walking out due to the enforced pwp is just another hassle to me at the moment, so just reluctantly paid lorr.. they sure know how to trap customer

I'm also trapped with them since only they have reasonable coverage at my housing area, hahaha. Happily sign any contract with them But I do think forced PWP is really unscrupulous way of doing business especially those that want to pay by instalments. Tempered glass maybe still OK but forced protection plan that costs hundreds shouldn't be forced to customers.

Depends, for me I won't save 100-150 from RRP to buy from a third party. Not worth the risk or hassle. If it's 500 or more in savings then I'll consider.

Finally bought my Magic Keyboard for iPad 2020! Now I only need to wait for Coverbuddy’s casing to get full protection.

Does anyone else know of any casing for the 12.9” which can give full protection and compatible with the Magic Keyboard?

I gotta say for a valid reason tho, her phone broke when our baby smacked it on the floor and yeah, iphone 11 or sulky face for the next few weeks could buy it outright from machines for exp but who don’t need internet data for their phone anyway, might as well get the discounted price from telco
