ok i have the payment of RM2799 for ipad pro12.9.. I will be able to inspect it on the day of pick up.. Any tips on how i should check the condition of the ipad aside from the physical aspect?

Need advice. Should i get the ipad air when it releases with student discount for RM2399 or the 2018 ipad pro 12.9 for RM3450 new?
is the 2018 too old? I was thinking of reselling my ipad air when the new pro comes out.
I am going to use it to take notes at university. does 120 hz make a diff with 60 hz?
