The ROI redemption period is up till 16th Nov. Late batches of Fold3 should get hold their phone by 30th Oct. Still have another two weeks to redeem the ROI voucher.

Can anybody point me to where is the Proof of Purchase/the receipt for the RM300 ROI redemption?
I have submitted twice and both failed coz submitted the wrong receipt. The iPay88 receipt is not proof of purchase ar?

I ordered from Samsung Online. May you show snapshot sample bout this receipt/proof of purchase?

You need the ROI unique code then only can redeem the RM300.

You need to wait till your phone arrived coz you need to submit your Imei in order to redeem your ROI.
If RM600/RM850 voucher then can redeem on da spot once you received your evoucher.

That's what i try to tell most of them won't get the ROI voucher.

After 3 times my ROI submission failed, at last this evening managed to do it right and approved. Now just need to wait and see what Samsung gonna send... gift, parcel or another evoucher that need to be redeem...LOL

You mean proof of purchase invoice/receipt?
I just put the Order acknowledgement. Need to put into pdf though and compress it as it was above 5MB.

No lar.. need to have the ROI unique code. I got the code long time ago before i even receive the phone.
But it seem one person can get only one ROI voucher even if he/she buy more than one phone in different date and different platform.

You register your interest or not before you ordered the phone during the pre order period?

Anybody order Fold3 today no more ROI voucher as yesterday was the last day to register interest then preorder the phone. New promo campaign start today.

Use your order acknowledgement lar bro. My ROI rejected 3 times till i resubmit with my order acknowledgement then only they accepted and approved..
They won't accept the iPay88 screenshot eventhough it was how i paid the phone. Maybe they want to look at the pictures of individual items that we bought hence the need of order acknowledgement

Edit : please note the first invoice receipt need can be fill with our Order ID : MYxxxx.
It was the second page that can upload Order Acknowledgemet in proof of purchase columm.

After seeing a few member Flip Panda pictures make me want to order one..LOL
Tried to preorder one but this time a bit different than the first promo. The RM350 evoucher cannot be immediately redeem buy selecting the available selection. The first promo RM600 evoucher once we select to selection given it will automatically add up to our order without extra cost.
Need to live chat with their CA and see how this new promo works. Or maybe will singgah at Senheng this weekend and see what they offer. Might as well take their extra year warranty.

That's not true. My bro order his Flip through samsung online, pay deposit and collected his phone at SES Lowyat. He pay the remaining balance at the shop.

Come.. we order the Flip during this 2nd promo campaign.
I chat with their CA and she said the RM350 evoucher will be given after we order the phone. Then only we can use that evoucher to buy selected accessories at samsung online store. Also we get an additional 30% discount on selected items. This discount PWP are separate from the evoucher amount.

Normally cannot cancel order. Change order like changing colour maybe can but need to get their approval first.
Why don't you try call or live chat with Samsung CA. Who knows maybe can cancel your order.
