To those who order their Fold/Flip during the 2nd promo campaign that start 22nd Sept onwards, after you received your RM500/RM350 evoucher code via email need to register at the link below in order to redeem their evoucher.

Haihh.. very troublesome like want to redeem the ROI voucher pulak. Why not can use it straight away after we received the dang evoucher? rclxub.gif

1) How to redeem your RM300 ROI voucher.
2) How to redeem your RM850/600 evoucher (1st promo campaign) when you received from telcos or other platform.
3) How to register and redeem your RM500/350 evoucher (2nd promo campaign).

Samsung really make us doing extra work by all these different step between those evouchers.

Try use Samsung Member app to register your watch.
Open the app > get help > register > enter info > watch
then fill your watch particulars.

I dont think DHL ecommerce doing delivery on weekends. If from telcos or other platform that use different courier then maybe can get on Sat or even Sun.

Heard from forummer that option not available for the 2nd promo period. Most probably because some SES already got stock in hand so you can buy and bring home the phone yourself.

What bank you used?
Normally debited once only but total full amount. When statement come then only will see your monthly installment amount that you need to pay.

What do you mean 'unless they wont charge you this month'?
The twice debited are your monthly installment amount is it? If that the case then ask your bank on why they debit you twice.

For Maybank card you can check your transaction history. There you will see Samsung (place) and the month payable.
Eg : 01/12 mean first payment out of 12 months installment.

If you see 02/12 that mean you already pay twice.. and so on.

You pay your card through auto debit ka?
If pay manually then it make no sense they can debit you twice in the same month without your knowledge.
But based on your 002/012 i think it already your 2nd monthly payment. If that the case i wouldn't worry so much but i still suggest you liase with Maybank credit card centre careline for clarification.
