It should be the battery, since thats what most likely would affect the amount of output produced. But since you changed it and the problem still persists, i'm not too sure. Maybe you have loose wiring or something.
i oso suspect its the wiring prob.... so which part that bring the prob... battery box?
Also, what battery brand do you use?
