Not sure about you guys. I saw them in sony center curve. Looks nice. Added x1 processor. Important upgrade. Slightly faster android. Added atmos and vision. But the price increase like so many times. Maybe times are bad sony got to increase price to get more profit. Or our money weak. And added much more features.

Now 8000g 75 inch at 7k.

But 8000h quality ok la. Previously 75 inch 80g was about 8.5 k. Now 8000h need 9.7k.

I was waiting for this tv but the price is out of my budget. I think I have to choose the previous model.
Huge different in RRP price. I doubt it will drop to same price as last year model.

2020 65 X8000H
RRP = RM5399
Offer = ?

2019 65 X8000G
RRP = RM4599
Offer = RM3500-RM3999

If you don't need dolby vision. I think best you get the current model.

Well guess the 55 inch is the best bang for buck

65 inch price is ridiculous lol. At that price point, i'd rather get oled.
*
Can get Oled at 6999 ? Probably older model yes. I think new models also gonna say rocket to 12k

Wah the price jump tremendously.  I was hoping 65 around 5.5k
*
By mathematical calculation it should be 5.5k that's was my assumption. But turns out Sony is another freaking blood sucking company. They know 65 inch is normal buying size. So they increased it. Knowing no competition in this region.

But maybe the 55 inch pricing was a mistake. That's why the big jump.

Makes you wonder.

Who's gonna buy a 55 inch.

On another note the x8000h 75 inch is at 9k plus. So if the x9000h 65 inch is at 5.5k then the 75 inch will have to be at least 11k to 12k to make a difference. So the jump is too big.

By right the 55 inch x9000h should start at 6k plus. 7k for 65 inch and then 11k for 75 inch that's will look more logical.

Anyhow the price is like this.

Cant really understand why if phone can be price as close as rrp in US. Why tv can't? Did we get ripped of the pricing, not to mentioned the electronic we received here might be sub par compared to US. This is coming from a friend working in US electronic industry. He told me that usually electronic products being shipped to Malaysia or other SEA countries will be sub par quality. Oh except Singapore.
*
Depends. If the x9000h made in bangi it's not sub par. It's quite good quality

I was looking at it just now. 55 inch. Can't really tell the difference between x8000h . Probably too small. I also don't see any eArc only arc. 4 hdmi but no. Hdmi 2.1

I also just check in both model, it is huge differences. X8000h look ok but they is no way near the quality output from X9000h.
*
I was looking at a 55inch x9000h Vs a 65 inch . If both maybe can tell the difference. But motion I feel x9000 better.

Should be ips
Tomorrow you can view x9000h 75 inch in curve Sony.

They have a side by side x9000h Vs x8000h.

8000h missing some details. And the motion flow. Definitely x9000h wins hands down.

Otherwise. If untrained eye. Or general public. You can't really tell the difference.

Yes they do as confirmed last week at 1U outlet. That outlet only has 55" for display, 65" need to pre-book. I didn't bring my own sample to test and the outlet didnt had any sample too.

However it was placed next X80H, i couldn't see the diff though

I look at it. Biggest difference is the motion flow that's most significant. Colours. I feel x90 h much better.

Are you looking at Sony demo?
