Mind to share your thinking behind getting a 55x9000h as opposed to a 65x8000h? I'm thinking to get the bigger screen one, which is the latter...

in the shop they will compare for you to see, but if you want bigger screen get what ever you can afford.

Once you go home, cannot compare you will not realized the difference.

thats my point of view, dont make your self suffer, unless you have extra to squeeze, then buy the best one.

Hi all sifu. I am using sony 65x80H connected to samsung speaker using optical cable(don have hdmi arc). My problem is i cant control the volume using my sony remote and must use the speakee remote. Is there any method?
*
you do not have a link between the 2 so no way, unless you buy a programmable remote or a logitech remote.

It is retailer shop at Mount Austin JB. I didnt ask about 55", as I only target 65"  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif
haahh.... I hope I didn't heard wrongly. I clearly remembered the lady boss mentioned 6399, because she introduce me LG Nano86 as well, which the price is about 6299.
So I said both also similar price... then she answer me yes, almost small.... hmm.gif  hmm.gif
Hope I didnt heard wrongly.......

anyway, I going to the shop again, most likely will place deposit.... haha

for J model so fast reduce to 1K discount. either double triple confirm because shop lady boss may confuse J and H and the price differernce is so big. usually new model no discount 1k.

but if it is true. a J model at the 6.3k price. take it. dont think. you wont go wrong also.

Hey guys... scouting around for new TV set... quick glance on the differences between H and J, other than built year 2020 and 2021 and Android vs Google TV, what else differ between them...?

Is it worth paying extra for J series...?

there is an issue with my x80h (unsure if this is an issue or this was how it designed)

I have connected the tv to an external speaker via headphone output/aux port, and the sound will be directed automatically to the external speaker.

But the problem is, the sound will always comes out from the external speaker. Meaning to say, as long as the aux port remains connected, I can never switch the speaker to use either built-in or external, even I have the options to select to do the switch. wink.gif

technically you are correct. once connected the tv will assume u are using the aux port.
