Upload photo, most importantly upload the photos of the the outer packaging and the way the seller packed the item.
If fragile item with poor packaging, it is seller fault.
Fragile item but only one layer of bubble wrap and then put in pos laju plastic. But seller claim it is properly packed.

Got my refund after a week. After that, I blacklisted this seller from my list.
Wah, glad you got your refund back. I already submit my evidence(photos), now Shopee request evidence from Seller. Hope Shopee dont side with the Seller.
