Bought an item from Shopee and received it damaged, some parts broken inside. Did not click on 'Order Received' in the app. Proceed to do Refund but seller has dispute the refund. Seller blame pos laju. Can i get my money back?

Yes can. You need to take photos and recommended video also. Helps if your account have a good history.

Eventhough the seller say not their fault, and they put fragile sticker?

As a buyer you didn't get your item in good condition so seller should bear the responsibility. They can claim from the courier as they have a contract with the courier but it is not your problem.

2. since seller dispute, wait for Shopee to decide.
3. if shopee reject u may proceed to KPDNHEP to complaint.

Even if the courier service fault, it should be between Seller and the courier. It has nothing to do with you, ss long as you do not accept the good as it is.

Upload photo, most importantly upload the photos of the the outer packaging and the way the seller packed the item.

If fragile item with poor packaging, it is seller fault.

I received many refunds from Shopee successfully.

1. Snap pics of parcel or package before opening.

2. Snap pics of goods upon opening the parcel or package.

In my case, the seller shipped a clothes hanger when I actually ordered a wireless back up camera. He disputed and I sent all the pics to prove zero tampering.

Got my refund after a week. After that, I blacklisted this seller from my list.

Fragile item but only one layer of bubble wrap and then put in pos laju plastic. But seller claim it is properly packed.

understand your right, u purchasing and paid for full function item as agreement, whatever clause, conditions add by seller is called UNFAIR agreement which no way seller can win.

That's the disadvantage of ordering online. We don't know the quality nor the condition of the product.

Better go and buy from physical shop.
