I know a few female friends who do exercise programs they find online but these programs look like they are for women. Wondering if anyone knows if there are programs like that for men?

Saw Chris Hemsworth Centr6 but that one looks like it would kill me lol

Try this
https://playbook.app.link/e30FT

He is the coach behind a lot of actors. Ben Affleck Batman, Tarzan, tomb rider, glass, etc.

I started last week. I'm a guy that barely can push up more than 4 times.
After trying for a few days I find it really push me and strengthen me in a systematic way.

Bro looks interesting but it's monthly subscription in USD... you recommend going straight for annual or monthly? Annual is cheaper but i'm not sure if can commit. How often you use the app?

Now there is a30 day trial. I think you accept my link you can get a30 day trial. I paid 1usd for my 30 days trial because I don't know anyone with the invitation link.

Don't need to sign up and pay first. You start and do 30 days first only decide.

I tried nike app. But it's not really a 4 weeks program but just workouts.
Those will not motivate or push to carry on week by week.

I suggest you try out the 30 days trial. Maybe after that you already know how to workout yourself and no need the app anymore lol.

If you already know how to workout and just need a timer.
There is an app that I'm currently using called timer
That looks like this.

Anyone trying to sell u diet program is just BS. Lose/Gain weight is so easy. Calorie in vs calorie out.

Why Herbalife work? cause that individual pay for expensive supplement. Then they will tell u this cannot eat that cannot eat if not no result. That's indirectly restricting your calorie intake without u noticing much. So you want save money then u follow..

If some random guy give u free advise u wont take it seriously.

So many ppl stupidly fall to those marketing. Simply put a supermodel there can already. You buy their product/program then will look like them. Yeah. So easy.

You can try the Nike Training app. Used to do the Nike workouts, simple and fuss free and there's a variety of workouts (yoga, bodyweight, weights)
