I think its fully booked but not fully sold out yet as some people may still be waiting for their loan.

But you still can make a booking beforehand incase there is an available unit the developer will let you know.

The booking fees is around RM500 and its refundable

Too many high rises in the area together with schools in the vicinity, so if you drive a car, it will be kind of a nightmare during peak hours? But we are talking about Setapak, so Jam is inevitable anyway. Just that I find it a bit too higher density for my taste

Agree, it's a high density area, hope the proposed MRT 3 station at this area would relieve the situation. The downside of Vista Saujana is lack of swimming pool while Vista Danau Kota has it, but the HTC is just too close to the building, otherwise it is a good stay.
