ok, i am starting a Vista Saujana Whatsapp group, please PM me your number together with the booking form with your details inside, so that I can confirm you are a real owner.

Since this is the 1st time I am doing this, if my method wrong or there is better method to identify real owner, please suggest.

My suggestion is to share the group invite here, and the owners may share to their other owners as well in case where they are not active in this forum. Then request each of the participant to send you the front cover of the SPA for verification purpose, failure to do so you may kick them out of the group.

Is a good suggestion. in that case I most likely create a separate group just to filter. This is to prevent any agents or anyone with any other intention to join the group.

Although with the suggestion above, the risk of agents come and steal our contact details is greatly minimised but it is not a full proof.

Any more suggestions are certainly welcome

I have been looking around for Rumawip properties to purchase as investment (hopefully loan can approve lah) then I noticed your post here that you bought one. Are you buying it for own stay or investment? As we last spoke and you were looking at 25-7, suddenly seeing you here as owner of a Rumawip.

To be honest, I still wanted to buy TwentyFive-Seven. Just that, for now, I don't have that much budget for it and I needed a house badly, so I decided to buy a unit here for own stay then when I am capable enough will move to somewhere else.

So you can say, I am for own stay then investment.

If you don't mind me asking or revealing, how much do you make? A range will do fine. You seem to look like someone who is doing rather well yourself based on your posts here. Can pm me the salary if not comfortable posting in public.
