Well, why not getting Vista Danau Kota? Which offers you 9 lifts

Lol ... can’t imagined how the area could become especially with low entry of rumawip. Not to mentioned a lot ppl will rent it out and resulting worst neighborhoods

Not my intention to speak good about this project but mostly wip buyers will be buying for ownstay. Sure there are buyers renting units out but not
that high percentage.

Not sure how it can be very bad since the location itself has a decent advantage.

Booked one. My concern is on the 2 lifts only and also not much facility but other than that, seems pretty okay to me. I like the fact that it's low density. Having nightmare seeing the development around here. Good thing I work from home. And also Literally walk straight for like 50-100m to Aeon and also the TARC bus stop.

Exactly, a stone's throw away to Aeon Big, the Palette, McDonald's, Starbucks, PV128 and even Tasik Danau Kota, with the recent speculation of MRT 3 station at Jalan Langkawi, this Rumahwip is a good choice with no HTC around and the land was not a former sewage pool despite it has lesser facilities
