Hi.. i saw another pv project by PV, named residensi vista saujana. Price same RM300k but facility like RM198k rumawip, no swimming pool, etc. I feel PV keep cut most features in every project.. from 900+ sqft to 800 sqft then now cut facility.. lol.. shame on u PV. How about u all comments

Thanks. I updated first post to combine both rumahwip together.
This new launch rumahwip is next to PV10 and got kuil there as well.

Well, from my personal point of view, Rumawip/ Residensi Wilayah is somehow a give and take bargain. For instance, I noticed most of the Rumawip/ Residensi Wilayah projects are situated close to either HTC (Vista Danau Kota, Vista Langkawi, Skyawani 3 & 4), sewage pool (Residensi Desa Satumas) or next to highways (Kiara Kasih) etc. Of course, perhaps there are other projects which are not close to the aforementioned places of which I couldn't name them one-by-one here.

While the facilities offered by Vista Saujana are relatively simple, I would say it is sufficient considering its land size (approx. 1 acre), no HTC, sewage pool or major highways around and it is within walking distance to the Palette (Aeon Big, McDonalds) and so much more.

You cant kill two birds with one stone as each project has their own uniqueness and attractions. So just choose project that suits your needs well.

cant agree with you more but ppl keep complaint here complaint there ..... even some 500k condo also near HTC and facing highway.

Well, it has only 203 units total, 7 units per floor, no issue

Low density is a criteria also to examine whether owners have enough holding power.

If people actually need to check their pockets every months to pay maintenance fee, maybe the property just isn't for them.

due to it has only two lifts to serve 203 units, it kinda holding me from buying this property, once one lift turned down, it only left one. And also the maintenance fee. kind of expensive for a property that doesnt have much facilities. any buyer for vista saujana? mind to share your thought?

Better skip. Setapak is dense enough as it is. Pv18 rumawip much better

Got another rumahwip project coming soon nearby.
J Satine. PV + Jakel the developer.
But still unknown the density / number of units etc.
Location is opposite Giant Setapak (beside JPJ).
