did Samsung screw up the notification panel design with recent updates?

it looks damn ugly now on stock dark/light mode where the shade is different tone/color for notifications and the "Notification Setting/Clear" area follows the background

yes, i notice this as well. i use whatsapp alot, and the notification different background is like greyish color. maybe different color more easy to differentiate ?

it was like that during early update of Android 10 / One UI 2.0

dunno why after a few more updates, it became like that

made me wanna continue using Hex Installer more

On my note 10 lite, android 10 color is not same
Look like samsung change color on android 10

Now i can always compare what different on one ui 1 and 2 on my 2 device
