Reply from Samsung Malaysia regarding frequent network disruption

Finally my precious rm300 tempered glass done its duty. The phone fell to the tarmac. Now i have to wait til 31st mac for replacement.

The phone looks nicer to look at now without the tg. How i wish can stay like this.

Also, security update latest.

I notice most of the time noe in kl i got 4g+. Have not tried at my office. But will report if got changes. Seems the update only state for security. Did u get any improvement? I only realize now that u asked lol

okay so far when watching netflix, there is no drop signal or whtsoever during my travel from kl to selangor. fyi, there is 4 dead zone to my working area from home. n so far, i only exp once only.

Office still maintain 4g 2 bar. only now sometimes got 4g+ 2 bar.

not sure if got any improve here. 

will report again after going back home today.

That mean next year january, and need to update 1 by 1
