QUOTE(mafioso @ Mar 5 2020, 11:25 PM) Yes!! It's so ugly now Samsung maybe rush their software development.Last time it was much nicer Now it made the note10 look like a stupid noob phone with china UI not to mention laziness!! The bubble curves on the note series should be much lesser but they go make it follow the curves of the S series Not consistent at all! That is why too much inconsistencies across the UI. Anwyay just want to ask, do you still have cache cleaner in the Device Care app? Mine seems not cleaning cache. |

QUOTE(mafioso @ Mar 6 2020, 06:38 AM) But its their flagship series Clear cache in recovery not the same as Device Care.Don't think they're rushing it since its already curved like that since Android Pie / One UI 1.0 That's why i use hex installer to fix these ugliness and inconsistency As for cache cleaner.. nope i dont use it but if i do need to clear cache I'll boot to recovery and clear them |

It seems now I know why my Note10+ phone is problematic on the Maxis network.
It seems Maxis network band 7 is broken, no data going in or out at all. When I disable band 7 and connects to band 3, finally data works as usual. But not as fast as Band 7 la. Called Maxis, they confirmed one of their hardware is broken, so gonna take at least a week to swap the hardware. |

QUOTE(kahjye @ Mar 15 2020, 09:07 PM) guys...i need a desperate help here. I wonder what router are you using rite now?anyone of you using wifi of more than 100mbps? mine is 300mbps. my note10plus downloads at full speed about 30mb/sec. however it only last bout only 5 min or so then it will be throttled to 5~6mb/sec. i factory reset my device...still same. looks like the system throttle down the wifi once the device heated up abit...any comment guys? after the wifi speed throttled down..i speedtest max i get bout 30mbps only instead of original 300mbps on 5ghz channel. Meanwhile my other device is just fine blazing full speed i cant constantly download at full speed eg 20 ~ 30mb/sec. |

QUOTE(kahjye @ Mar 16 2020, 06:30 PM) maxis original home fibre router... No wonder la.tested with another note10plus also same... looks like when the device is slightly heated up , note10plus throttles the download speed to 30mbps.. I think it is not an issue with your phone. It is normal if you download many things. The only that is bad is that Maxis router. Throw away that router and buy another router. |

QUOTE(Luffy1234 @ Apr 6 2020, 05:13 AM) Anyone with experience using Snapdragon version, does the service centre repair your Note 10 if you send there? Not for warranty, just normal repair, pay them Possibly no due to the hardware used is different from the MY set. They did not even have the spare part to replace it. But you can check with them by Live Chat in Samsung Members app or call them which spare part is available for replacement. But one thing for sure, motherboard sure cannot be replaced. |

It seems the new update is quite good in terms of battery life.
And the keyboard, dunno why, but it seems so clean. And no more HOT phone after let it settle down. |

For those who are thinking to buy a 45W charger, it is amazing in the early phase of charging.
I think around 1 to 50% amazingly fast. And the charger slows drastically to full charge which in the end, it is only 2 to 3 min difference with 25W charger. It is good if you are charging your phone from less than 5% and need a fast boost, but after that is kinda meh. |

QUOTE(Mike3 @ Apr 13 2020, 10:10 AM) front one its like plastic to be honest. i have been using 5 months. i change once due to micro scratches. i use with casing so usually wont have much scratches. Of course depends on usage.oh if u using spen change to a softer tip. it might help. i realise the one comes with the spen are abit harder which makes plastic/hyrdogel surface to scratch faster. PS: sometimes i abit OCD. i will off my screen than shine light at it at certain angle to see those microscratches. to be honest it does not distrupt anything when the screen is on. only when the screen is off u can see. oh well. what is seen cant be unseen hahah xiaomi also got GaN charger. i feel just get from xiaomi if its the cheapest. i suspect most GaN charger are made by 1 OEM and and rebranded. the one from baseus looks exactly like xiaomi and some kickstarter one as well anyway i didnt opt for GaN because the lack of LCD display . i wanted to see the data while charging just to learn more. Anyway those who dont mind without LCD should get GaN. the LCD charger i got is quite huge hahahahaha the new keyboard is good. the fingerprint unlock animation is bad (not sure is the FP unlock super fast or there is a intended delay in animation to make the FP unlock looks faster ) hahhahah based on utube video i see seems to be so. i think nowadays 20-25w charge is sufficient enough. those 65w charging is abit too much. i feel charging too fast will take toll of the battery life due to more heat is being generated. maybe my lifestyle dont need me to charge 60-70% in 30 mins yet I am buying this charger because of future proofing and it is compatible with my iPad and iPhone using the USB-C to Lightning cable. |

QUOTE(ho-ll @ Apr 13 2020, 12:20 PM) Hi guys. A question here, I realized I could not download many apps that I used to have back in Huawei P20 Pro (E.g. AXA Flexi Drive, Prudential Pulse and etc.) Maybe the app developer is dropping support for Huawei phones?Do you guys know why would this happened? Any solution for this? Thanks! |
