it will auto-cancel but u can cancel urself earlier lar if kenot wait too long

thats why they don't regulate their buyer rating system. choose only the good rating and remove all the nasty to cover for all the slowed shipment, pending delivery, cancel the item last minute and many more... i am not sure lazada in overall but shoppee i'd would stop shopping as in forever...

The seller also won't send the parcel since I mentioned I will reject it if he sent

He keeps spamming order confirmation.

How? I can leave bad comments now?

He went full retarded, want to delay the refund?

This one Shopee seller from Penang said his item got no stock. When he is still selling it. I think he’s trying to make me cancel the order.

I previously bought from him, but I gave him not full rating because the item received in damaged condition. Not his fault, I stupidly confirmed payment, should have done due diligent and I should have asked for refund. In the end I just give 2 Star.

I bought from him again, problem is, he is the only one selling, all other sellers have run out of stock.

He pmed me informing no stock, before I buy there were 2 stocks left, now left 1. I’m not budging for now. I just ignore his pm.

I also had same problem with Shopee seller refusing to cancel order, lied about item being available when in fact he’s dropshipping from China. He removed the product from his shop, so cannot give him bad review for it. It took me 1 month for the mask to arrive, by then, I already got some mask from other honest sellers. Shopee sides with seller.

I logged in just to comment this. Bro, i have to disagree with you. For me, their dishonesty of saying my item is shipped whilst later telling me that the item is actually out of stock is just Effing straight up LIE to your face. Bad enough making me wait 10 days before texting me the truth (and this shop looks reputable too), but now ignoring my texts... How to move on? I need the refund $ before can buy from someone else.. Also how to reject if I'm not at home when the item arrives? Where's help from Lazada when a customer needs one?
