Most people will get RM280 as allowances (work at client site for 10+ day will get RM280), unless you work at HQ.
For the department, i think you cant choose. Most of the time, you will joining the team/department that the person interview you.

Not sure which team, but should be joining [the team] that the one who interview you.

Yes , if you work at HQ , then no allowances..

Unless you got go to oversea (you will get per dim allowance), or you go to client site (If < 10day, then count by miles; else rm280)

As for experience, i cant say much yet (Just 2 and 1/2 month working at here).
But so far so good for me .

Culture and environment wise is very subjective... because is depend on which client site(bank) you are assigned to work at.
Some bank environment very good, some quite bad (i heard). (Also see whether yours senior and kelik nice or not )

Stressful wise...i still newbie ..mostly do newbie thing..so still less stress ?

Hi faizjohan, i think experience will increase your master value but not the other way. They may view you as still 1 year experience even you are with master. Unless you continue to grow your experience then your master will bring in some value.

Apply through jobstreet. They often check every applicant there. Last time my resume was viewed 2 times by them. If they believed you are fitted for the job, they will call you to arrange an interview.
